Flat-file based blogging solution. Very early development stage but very customizable to fit your need; features set to "Unkwnown" are planned.
FlatPress is (almost) compatible with SimplePHPBlog storing system, features a plugin system resembling the one from WordPress and Smarty templating engine (some of WP's plugin work even out of the box).
Focuses on standard compliance and usability as its final aim.
Default parsing engine is BBCode, but you can switch its plugin off and easily include a WYSIWYG editor :)
