I just found this website tonight and think it is great. I would like to see Versionate added to the wiki's in the Matrix.
Also, I suggest you compare social networking sites. I'm looking for Ning vs Facebook vs LinkedIn vs ...
Also interested in bookmarking sites: de.licio.us, digg, etc.

I found Roller, an open source Java blog software
http://rollerweblogger.org
Currently IBM Developer Networks and blogs.sun.com are powered by Roller. Apart from these, lots of sites that uses Roller.
It will be better to compare the features of Roller with other blogging or weblog software.

Collablog Portal Edition is for setting up and running large scale blogging platforms for multiple users, i.e., a large network of blogs, such as TypePad, Vox, WordPress.com, etc.
Collablog Community Edition is for setting up community blog, or large group blogs, i.e., many bloggers posting on one blog, such as Mefi.

Great idea with the comparisons here. I would like to offer Profy (http://www.profy.com) for inclusion in the comparison matrix. I will be happy to help edit (or edit myself) the feature list for Profy here, obviously.
Profy is a new blogging platform that has only recently been launched in beta. The blog platform also has the functionality for reading feeds, networking, and private communications with readers and other bloggers using instant messaging application.
Please, let me know if I can be of help to have Profy added to this comparison matrix.
